Naval Hospital Canopy

Sygnos, Inc. – Prime Subcontractor

This Naval Hospital project required adding new lanes of traffic at the main gate and relocating, along with utilities, the existing guard shack and adding a canopy for shade and protection from the elements for the guards.  The center divider, grass and trees were removed in order to make a new traffic lane to add three inbound and three outbound lanes. In addition, new lighting was added for evening work since the post is manned 24 hours a day.  This project was extremely challenging due to the fact that access and security to the hospital was required to be available at all times.
