TOOLS FOR SUCCESS

Sygnos is known for getting the job done right the first time. All of our employees are equipped with the right tools from the start because success starts from the ground up & radiates through the ranks. Our superintendents are trained to ‘wear’ three hats (scheduler, safety officer & quality control manager). Our Site Safety & Health Officers (SSHO) contain a vast knowledge base of the safety requirements as detailed by OSHA & the Army Corps of Engineers. Combined with years of experience, our SSHO’s safety expertise is top tier.

Sygnos’ Project Managers excel at multitasking projects & offer unlimited ideas to save the government time and money, while maintaining total project quality & ensuring customer satisfaction. Our Operational Managers are simply the best in the industry. Their knowledge & construction background outweighs any other company. The end goal is to complete a project on time, on budget, & without compromising other areas of the project.

SAFETY

Sygnos works hard to uphold safety as a top priority on every job-site. Our success has been acknowledged with numerous Safety Awards from the government. Job-site safety is vital to a successful project outcome. We hold all of our employees, subcontractors and government partners to the highest safety standards. The appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required on-site at all times.

Our Superintendents work diligently with our Site Safety & Health Officers (SSHO’s) to coordinate, implement & execute all job related safety requirements; to include – fall protection, crane lifts, confined spaces, traffic control, excavations, heavy equipment operations, and/or electrical shut downs, etc. Every project superintendent is well versed in the various aspects of each required safety standard.
